Module 1 – Introduction to Grief and Grief Coaching

In this initial module, we will lay the foundation for understanding grief and grief coaching. We will also define the role and responsibilities of the GRIEF COACH, as well as the key skills necessary to perform this profession effectively and ethically.
As a GRIEF COACH, your mission will be to provide a caring and safe space where your clients can freely express their emotions, explore their grief, and find suitable coping strategies. You will be a guide, a support, and a catalyst for change for the grieving individuals, helping them navigate through the various stages of grief and regain a sense of purpose in their lives.
