This training module provides an overview of the main pathologies and health disorders found in pets. It covers infectious and parasitic diseases, digestive, skin, joint, cardio-respiratory, urinary, endocrine, behavioral disorders as well as cancers. For each group of pathologies, the causes, symptoms, diagnostic tools and therapeutic principles are detailed, with an emphasis on the naturopathic approach and its integration into traditional veterinary care. The importance of close collaboration between veterinarians and practitioners in animal naturopathy is stressed, along with the key role of owner education and support. This module aims to give learners the foundational knowledge to understand, prevent and integratively manage the main health disorders of pets.
