Welcome to this training module dedicated to the exploration of pathologies and muscular imbalances. During this module, we will detail the different factors that contribute to the development of chronic muscle tension, such as postural imbalances, repetitive movements, and psycho-emotional aspects. We will also study myofascial pain syndromes and the central role of trigger points in muscle pain and dysfunction.
This module will allow you to understand the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying common musculoskeletal disorders, such as neck pain, lower back pain, and tendinopathies. We will explore the impact of systemic diseases on the muscular system and discuss therapeutic approaches appropriate for these specific conditions.
You will also learn to recognize warning signs and contraindications to treatment by the Deep Release Point, and to adapt your approach according to the individual needs of each client. Finally, we will emphasize the importance of collaboration with other health professionals to provide comprehensive and optimal care for patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders.
Based on the knowledge and skills gained in this module, you will be able to offer targeted and effective treatments to relieve pain, restore muscle function, and improve the quality of life of your clients.
