We will particularly address:
– The specifics of psychosexual development and key stages such as coming out
– The diversity of relational models and sexual scripts, beyond heterocentric norms
– Sexual practices, eroticism, and representations of LGBTQ+ sexualities
– The importance of consent, communication, and assertion in sexuality
– The disorders and sexual difficulties specific to LGBTQ+ individuals
– The issues of sexuality for transgender and intersex people
– The challenges and resources of homosexual and transparental families
– The central role of chosen families and elective ties in the support and fulfillment of LGBTQ+ individuals

The goal is to enable coaches to adopt an enlightened, open, and affirmative posture to accompany LGBTQ+ individuals in their emotional, relational, and sexual fulfillment, taking into account their specificities and resources.
