Introduction to Module 7 – Body and Energy Practices

This training module explores different body and energy practices that allow women to reconnect with their bodies, their natural cycles, and their deep feminine essence. Through approaches like yoga, qi gong, intuitive dance, massages, reflexology, or work with sounds and mudras, participants will discover valuable tools to awaken their vital energy, balance their emotions and unlock their creative potential.

Each practice will be presented in its specific benefits for women’s physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as in its practical applications to accompany the different phases of the menstrual cycle or the feminine archetypes. Examples of exercises and protocols will be offered for direct integration of the teachings.

This module will also address the importance of purification and detoxification practices to free the body and mind of accumulated toxins, as well as the key role of pelvic floor strengthening exercises in women’s gynecological and sexual health.

Throughout the chapters, participants will be invited to try out the different practices themselves, to listen to the messages from their bodies, and to connect with their inner wisdom. They will learn to make their bodies a valuable ally on the path to healing and personal fulfillment.

This module thus provides a complete and accessible toolbox to awaken the wild and authentic woman within, and radiate this feminine power in all aspects of one’s life.
