At Certified Excellence, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how and when you can request a refund for our training courses and services.

Our refund policy distinguishes between (i) individual course purchases (with or without associated workbooks) and (ii) premium subscriptions (Monthly Pass and Annual Pass), free trial periods, and courses acquired during a trial period. The conditions below apply in all cases:

General Conditions Applicable to All Refunds:

No refund will be issued for accounts that violate our Terms of Use or are deemed inappropriate by Certified Excellence.

In case of abusive or misuse of this policy, Certified Excellence reserves the right to permanently suspend your account and deny any future access to our services, without financial compensation.

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service via the contact form available on our website or by email at [email protected].

Any approved refund will be credited to the payment method used during the initial purchase. If this method is no longer available (expired card, closed account, etc.), Certified Excellence will not be required to provide an alternative solution.

Voluntary deletion of your account results in the cancellation of any right to a refund, regardless of the situation.

Partial refunds are not offered, except for the Annual Pass (see corresponding section).

As our transactions are conducted in US dollars (USD), the refunded amount may vary slightly from the initial payment due to exchange rate fluctuations or banking fees applied by your financial institution. The company accepts no responsibility for banking delays.


Individual Course Purchases

If a course content does not meet your expectations, you have 30 calendar days after purchase to request a full refund. Your access to the course will then be removed. Beyond this period, no requests will be accepted.

Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Once you have completed 50% or more of the course
  • If you have obtained your certificate of completion
  • If the request is made after the 30-day withdrawal period
  • If you have requested a course change or modification to your order

Monthly Pass (Monthly PLUS Subscription)

The Monthly Pass offers immediate access to all courses available on the site. Due to this immediate access, no refund will be issued if you have accessed the content of one or more courses OR if the legal deadline has passed.

Monthly Pass Cancellation

You can cancel your Monthly Pass at any time by accessing your account in the “My Account” section or by sending an email to [email protected]. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain all your access until that date.

  • Cancellation before the next charge avoids any new payment
  • If the charge has already been processed, no refund is possible

As automatic renewals are non-refundable, remember to cancel well in advance if you wish to discontinue your subscription.


Annual Pass (Annual PLUS Subscription)

The Annual Pass offers immediate access to all courses available on the site. Due to this immediate access, no refund will be issued if you have accessed the content of one or more courses OR if the legal deadline has passed.

Annual Pass Refund

You can cancel your Annual Pass at any time by accessing your account in the “My Account” section or by sending an email to [email protected]. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain all your access until that date.

Trimestrial Pass (Trimestrial PLUS Subscription)

The Trimestrial Pass offers immediate access to all courses available on the site. Due to this immediate access, no refund will be issued if you have accessed the content of one or more courses OR if the legal deadline has passed.

You can cancel your Trimestrial Pass at any time by accessing your account in the “My Account” section or by sending an email to [email protected]. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain all your access until that date.

Workbooks (Exercise Books)

All Workbooks sold on our site are intangible digital content, transmitted digitally and immediately downloadable after purchase.

Due to the very nature of these products, which are digital and accessible upon purchase, all Workbook sales are considered “final sales”. They cannot be refunded or exchanged once the purchase is completed, unless otherwise expressly provided by applicable law.

Free Trial Periods (if applicable)

Cancellation During the Trial Period

If you benefit from a free trial, you can cancel it at any time before its end via your account.

  • Cancellation before the end of the trial prevents any billing
  • Without cancellation, the first payment will be automatically charged at the end of the trial, with no possibility of refund, even in the absence of use

Legal Right of Withdrawal (for EU, UK residents and concerned countries)

If you are a resident of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or a country whose legislation provides for a right of withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days from subscription (or according to your country’s legal deadline) to cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, without justification.

This right becomes void as soon as you begin accessing digital content, as you thereby explicitly accept the immediate start of the service and waive your right of withdrawal.

For Premium subscriptions or free trials, the legal deadline begins on the day of activation. For example, for a 30-day trial in a country applying a 14-day right of withdrawal, this period begins from the first day of trial. After this 14-day period, even if the trial continues, you will no longer be able to request a refund after the first charge. However, you can cancel your subscription before the end of the trial to avoid any billing.
