In the field of subtle anatomy, it is considered that the human being is composed of different energetic bodies that interpenetrate and mutually influence each other. Each of these bodies vibrates at a specific frequency and possesses its own characteristics.
The first of these bodies is the physical body, which corresponds to our fleshly envelope, visible and tangible. It is the material support of our incarnation, the vehicle that allows us to interact with the physical world. It is governed by the laws of biology and physiology.
Beyond the physical body, there is the etheric body, often called “energy double” or “vital body”. It is considered to be the energetic matrix of the physical body, a kind of subtle framework on which matter is built. The etheric body is the seat of the vital energy currents that animate and keep the physical body alive. When the etheric body is weakened or unbalanced, this can manifest as chronic fatigue, a lack of vitality, or increased vulnerability to diseases.
Next is the astral body or emotional body, which is the seat of our emotions, desires, and feelings. It is through it that we experience pleasure, pain, joy, sadness, fear, etc. The astral body is closely linked to our relational life and our ability to resonate with others. A harmonious astral body results in emotional stability, the ability to manage stress, and fulfilling relationships. Conversely, a disturbed astral body can lead to emotional disorders, anxiety or relational difficulties.
The mental body is the vehicle of our thoughts, beliefs, and mental representations. It allows us to conceptualize, analyze, reason, and imagine. The mental body structures our cognitive activity and greatly influences our way of perceiving and interpreting reality. Positive and constructive thoughts contribute to a healthy and balanced mental body, while negative or obsessive thoughts can create toxic thought-forms that disrupt the functioning of the mind.
Lastly, the causal body or spiritual body is considered the seat of our individual soul, our Divine spark. It is at this level that archetypes, karmic memories, and the plan of our destiny are found. The causal body is the vehicle of our higher consciousness and our aspiration to self-realization. By aligning ourselves with our causal body, we can transcend the conditionings of the ego, access our inner wisdom, and manifest our full potential.
Understanding the anatomy of the different subtle bodies allows the Spiritual Healing Coach to refine his energetic diagnosis and propose adapted care protocols. For example, if a client suffers from incessant mental ruminations, the coach can specifically work on the harmonization and clarification of the mental body, using techniques such as meditation, belief reprogramming, or creative visualization.
It is important to note that these different subtle bodies are in constant interaction and mutually influence each other. An imbalance at one level can have repercussions at other levels. Thus, a suppressed emotion in the astral body can crystallize a tension area in the physical body. Conversely, a bright and inspiring thought emanating from the mental body can spread throughout the energetic field and bring vitality and well-being to all bodies.
The work of the Spiritual Healing Coach, therefore, consists of promoting alignment, fluidity, and harmony between these different bodies, enabling the person to fully radiate their essential self and deploy all their potential for fulfillment.
